On November 17, 2001, I was on Elgin St, drawing on the road with chalk, when an officer (he was not OPP, if I recall correctly) approached me, gave me a shove, snatched my flag out of my hands, and told me he would charge me for possession of a weapon (a flimsy flag) and vandalism (chalk)should he see me again.

I asked for his identification number, he did not reply.
